List of Ingredients
10 cups vinegar
60 g (2 oz) garlic, peeled and chopped
60 g (2 oz) whole cloves
30 g (1 oz) knob of ginger, sliced
4 onions sliced
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 1/2 cups treacle (molasses)
1/4 cup salt
Recipe
Boil all together for 1/2 an hour then strain. Bottle when cold. Store in the refridgerator.
