    Caffe Latte Smoothies

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup sugar
    2 cups hot brewed coffee or espresso
    2 cups GF/CF milk, divided

    Recipe

    Combine sugar and coffee in large bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves; stir in 1 cup milk.

    Cover and freeze 8 hours.

    Thaw slightly in refrigerator; add remaining 1 cup milk.

    Break into pieces with a fork.

    Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.

    Serve at once.

    Makes 5 cups.
