Mango Chunks
1-2 Bananas
Coconut Milk (canned or Turtle Mountain brand)
Hemp Powder (optional)
Recipe
Dump desired amount of each ingredient in blender and blend until smooth.
Ice can be added or mangoes and banans can be frozen ahead for a frosted smoothie.
Jennifer's Notes: We can't do most all foods high in phenols so our smoothies are pretty boring but still tasty.
I recently just bought Hemp Powder too and have been adding that...its got a lot of protein, fiber and amino acids. The whole family loves them!!
