1 cup almond or rice milk
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1 egg
1 TBSP peanut butter
1 TBSP brown sugar, if needed for sweetnessRecipe
Throw it all in a blender, blend it up, and serve. Sometimes I use less frozen fruit and less sugar and throw in a banana instead.
