1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb chopped carrots/baby carrots
1 lb potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 chopped celery stalk, leaves included
1 16 oz or larger can of tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Crumble and brown hamburger in Dutch oven or large pot.
Add vegetables except for tomatoes. Add enough water to cover vegetables well and then add tomatoes.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 30-60 minutes to develop flavor as you like it.
