List of Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, cubed
5 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
beef broth and water to cover or use broth from cooked stew meat, stewed tomatoes or other canned tomatoes / paste
cooked stew meat, chopped cooked roast or browned ground beef
2/3 cup celery, chopped
1 Tbls parsley or Italian seasoning
Recipe
Place first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven on medium heat, cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Add meat, celery and parsley.
Cook until thoroughly heated (about 10-12 more minutes).
Thicken broth if desired.
