    Original recipe from "Yanuq Cooking Peru"

    List of Ingredients




    * 1 lb 9 oz sea bass or white fish (ready to use)
    * ¼ cup white vinegar
    * 1 ¼ cup olive oil
    * 10 garlic cloves
    * 3 ají limo / chili (pitted and deveined)
    * 3 teaspoons salt
    * ¼ teaspoon key lime juice
    * ¼ teaspoon pepper
    * ¾ tablespoon parsley
    * ½ cup corn kernels for decoration

    Recipe



    Wash and clean fish. Cut in thin slices.

    Put vinegar, olive oil, garlic cloves, ají limo, salt, key lime juice, pepper and parsley in blender and blend to make a sauce.

    Place fish in a serving dish and cover with the sauce. Top with kernels.

    Makes 8 servings
