4 cups herbal tea (Citrus flavored teas taste best in my opinion. I use the tablespoons of the “Kool Aid” alternative from this post http://www.mommypotamus.com/spice-rack-remedies-for-cold-and-flu-season/)
2 - 4 Tbls raw honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt or real salt
a few drops of Concentrace minerals drops (optional)
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and store in fridge.
Author's Note: I’ve found that when I make batches with honey – which is naturally antimicrobial – and store in the coldest part of the fridge it lasts for at least a week.
