    List of Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    2 c. white Karo syrup (SUB)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tbsp. vanilla

    Note:corn syrup sub filed under MYO.

    Recipe

    In large bowl, combine egg whites, syrup and salt.

    Beat for 10 minutes at high speed until thick.

    Add sugar and vanilla and beat until thick.

    Store in jars in refrigerator.

    Makes 2 quarts.
