List of Ingredients




1 ¼ cup xylitol
2 ½ cup coconut
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cup corn flake cereal (like Nature's Path)
3 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla

Recipe



(1) Whip 3 egg whites until stiff.
(2) Add ½ tsp of vanilla extract.
(3) Stir in the dry ingredients until well combined.
(4) Drop teaspoons of dough on an un-greased cookie sheet.
(5) Bake for 15 minutes at 325 degrees F.
