List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sesame seeds or tahini
1/2 cup dried onion flakes
1 1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 pound frozen corn
3 cups diced canned tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
Blend water and sesame seeds or tahini until very smooth.
Mix all ingredients together in a large prepared casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350o degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours.
