List of Ingredients
Gravy
1 C. (237 ml) cold water
2 T. Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 T. cornstarch
1 C. (237 ml) raw cashews
1/4 t. salt
1/4 C. (59 ml) coarsely chopped onion
1/4 t. honey
2 t. lemon juice

2 C. (480 ml) additional water
1/2 C. (118 ml) diced onion
2 T. oil or water
1/2 C. (118 ml) sliced mushrooms, optional
2 C. (480 ml) SUNBURGER chunks (recipe filed under burgers)
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Measure Gravy ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Add additional water to blender.
In a large pot, saute onions, oil or water, and sliced mushrooms.
Pour blender ingredients into pot, and cook, stirring constantly on medium heat until thick.
Stir in 2 cups SUNBURGER chunks and parsley.
Heat through.
Serve with brown rice or pasta, and garnish with extra chopped fresh parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
