    Whole Grain Vegan Bread

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 C brown rice flour
    1/2 C sorghum flour
    1/2 tapioca flour
    1/2 C potato starch
    1/2 C cornstarch
    1/4 C teff flour
    1/4 C millet flour
    1 TBS ground flax meal
    2 tsp xanthan
    1/2 TBS salt
    1/4 C sugar
    2 TBS dry active yeast
    2 tsp oil
    1-1/2 C warm water

    Recipe

    In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients; set aside. BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTIONS: Spray the paddle with nonstick cooking spray. Place wet ingredients into pan, add dry ingredients on top. Carefully seat pan in bread machine. Select the DOUGH cycle. After mixing has begun, help any unmixed ingredients into the dough using a spatula. Let rise approximately 15 minutes or until bread has about doubled in size. Press STOP and then select the BAKE ONLY cycle. Set the machine if able to 350° for 45 minutes. When baking has completed, turn bread out onto a wire rack to cool completely before cutting or storing. Yield: 1 loaf (about 16 slices)
