1 pound Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil, or more to coat
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepperRecipe
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil to coat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a sheet pan and spread in one even layer.
Roast until crisp-tender and lightly caramelized around the edges, 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with the roasted turkey breast and sweet potatoes.
