1 pound large asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400º F.
In a medium sized baking dish, lay asparagus flat and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place in oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until just tender.
