Mashed Turnips With Roasted Garlic

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs turnips, peeled
2 tablespoons rice milk (optional)
1 bartlett pear
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
4 garlic cloves, roasted and peeled
pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon ghee
Recipe
Steam turnips over boiling water until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain turnips and place in a food processor or blender along with pear, garlic, and ghee.
Process until smooth, adding rice milk as needed.
Season with salt and pepper.
