Poppyseed Cabbage

List of Ingredients
* 3 Tablespoons peanut or canola oil
* 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
* 1 medium cabbage, finely chopped
* 1/2 cup finely-chopped sweet onion
* 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
* 1/4 teaspoon honey
* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
* 1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
* Kosher salt to taste
Recipe
Heat a wok or rounded wok-style skillet until hot.
Add oil and stir-fry poppyseeds for 2 minutes, then add cabbage, sweet onion,balsamic vinegar and honey. Stir to combine.
Reduce heat, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender.
Uncover and add cayenne pepper.
Stir often over medium heat until water evaporates.
Remove from heat.
Taste and add salt as needed.
Stir in lemon juice and zest.
Serve hot.
