1 12 to 16 ounce package whole fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 whole orange, washed and quartered with stem ends removedRecipe
Sort through the cranberries to remove any shriveled ones.
Grind altogether in the food processor with metal blade until medium fine.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
