    2 cups cauliflower
    2-3 cups water
    1/2 cup Cashews or pine nuts
    2 tbs. lemon juice
    sea salt to taste Methods/steps

    Recipe

    Put everything in a high speed blender and blend till thick and smooth. Serve at room temp.
