List of Ingredients
1 c raw cashews (cleaned)
1/2 c water
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of garlic powder
2 oz can of pimientos (gives color)
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp lemon juice
Recipe
Place all ingredients except the lemon juice in a blender adn blend until smooth. Add lemon juice and blend again. Dribble over lasagna, noodle casseroles, pizza, etc in place of cheese. May spread on toasted bread and broil.
PS. When it says blend, you need to blend like 15 min. Makes a lot of cheese. You can keep in fridge for a few days. Add the corn meal stuff and it keeps a while longer as sliced cheese.
