    Tarragon Chichen with Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-3 T. Olive Oil
    • 1 Large Diced Onion
    • 8 Oz. Fresh Button Mushrooms Sliced
    • 2 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut in 1" Chucks)
    • Salt (to taste) I use Onion Salt
    • Pepper (to taste)
    • 1 T. Dried Crushed Tarragon Leaves
    • 1 Tsp. Parsely Flakes
    • Linguini Noodles (Prepare enough for 4 servings)


    Instructions


    1. In Pot, bring 4-6 Cups water to a boil, Add 2 tsp. Onion Salt and 1 tsp Tarragon, Add Linguini and cook (Cook noodles until almost done). While the chicken is cooking, remove noodles from heat and allow to sit in hot seasoned water until chicken mixture is ready. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT OVER COOK THE NOODLES. The seasoned water will give the noodles a great taste.

    2. While Linguini is cooking, Heat a skillet, add Olive Oil to the pan. .

    3. Sautee Onions in Olive Oil for approx. 2 minutes.

    4. Add the Mushrooms and Chicken to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, tarragon and parseley and cook over medium to medium high heat until chicken is finished (approximately 10-15 min.)

    5. Drain Linguini, Spoon Chicken mixture over linguini.

    6. Serve with Crusted bread
