    2 Pie crusts

    1 Cup Chopped onions
    1 Tab. butter
    1 Cup chopped tomatoes drained
    4 oz can sliced ripe olives drained
    1/4 tea. garlic powder
    1/4 tea. cumin
    1/8 tea pepper
    4 oz can chopped green chiles, drained
    3/4 cup Mon Jack cheese
    3/4 cup Chedar cheese
    2 eggs beaten
    2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
    4 oz

    Heat oven to 375

    Prepare pie crust according to recipe.

    Place 1 pie crust in bottom of pan.
    In medium skillet cook onions in butter until tender. Stir remaining tomatoes and olives, garlic powder, cummin, peppers and chiles into cooked onions.
    In small bowl, beat eggs with hot pepper sauce. To egg mixture stir in 1/2 cup of Mont. Jack cheese and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese over bottom of pie crust.
    Spoon onion mixture evenly over cheese. Carefully pour egg mixture over onion mixture. Spread to cover. Top with second drust. Seal edges. Brush with cream.

    Bake at 375 on lowest oven rack 45-55 minultes or until golden brown.


    Serve with sour cream and sasa, tomatoes & olives.
