Recipe Introduction
Serve with an Italian Bread and White Wine. Almost anything you like can be added to this recipe.
List of Ingredients
1 12 ounce package Angel Hair Pasta
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 clove Garlic, freshly ground
1 can artichokes, quartered
1/3 cup Mediterranean Olives, sliced
2 tablespoons capers
cherry tomatoes quartered
Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add garlic, artichoke quarters, olives, capers, cook until heated throughout. Boil pasta in salted water and drain. To butter mixture add tomatoes and heat. Add butter mixture, salt and pepper to taste and toss. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
