ICED SPICE BARS

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
FROSTING:
1 cup powerded sugar
3 Tbsp. hot water
Recipe
Combine first nine ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in the nuts and raisins.
Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
BAKE at 375 degrees until golden brown about 20 minutes.
Cool bars in pan 10 minutes, then frost.
FROSTING: Blend powdered sugar and water in a small bowl until smooth. Cover bars evenly with icing. Cool completely before slicing.
