2 cups sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1 1/4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cups peanuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe



In a heavy skillet combine first 3 ingredients. Cook until threads. Add butter and peanuts. Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture is golden brown.

Add baking sodas and vanilla. Quickly stir thoroughly.

Pour and spread thinly on large greased cookie sheet.

Cool quickly in refrigerator or outside if weather is cold.
