    CHICKEN LUNCHEON CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cooked chicken
    1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2 cups diced celery (lightly sauteed in butter)
    1 cup cream of chicken soup
    1 cup crushed corn flakes
    1 Tbsp. instant onions
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 cups cooked rice
    1 cup frozen peas

    Recipe



    Combine chicken, celery, rice, peas, soup and mayonnaise.

    Put in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

    Combine onion, cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until lightly browned.
