SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE

This is nice to serve with ham or roast pork; it is like a dressing with pineapple.
List of Ingredients
10 slices fresh bread
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Cut bread into cubes, including crust (about 4 cups).
Moisten bread with milk.
Cream margarine with sugar and beat in eggs.
Mix all ingredients and pour into large casserole.
(lightly greased)
BAKE at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.Recipe
