List of Ingredients




Lettuce (use about 3/4 of a head of Lettuce)
Spinach (fresh) (use about 3/4 of a bag)
1 c. Grapefruit sections, drained
1 c. Cashew nuts

DRESSING:

1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1/2 c. grated onion
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Recipe



FOR SALAD:

Blend chopped up lettuce and spinach until a pleasing color combination is obtained.

Add 1 cup of grapefruit sections and nuts.

Add dressing when ready to serve.


DRESSING:

Combine all ingredients. This is also good with fruit salads. Store in the refrigerator.
