    This is nice for a Brunch or a Luncheon

    List of Ingredients




    16 slices frozen sandwich bread, crusts removed
    8 slices American cheese
    8 slices boiled ham
    6 eggs
    3 cups milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups cornflake crumbs
    1/2 cup melted butter

    Recipe



    Lightly butter each slice of bread

    Place 8 slices of bread, buttered side up, in a 9x13 greased casserole.

    Top each slice of bread with one slice of both the ham and cheese.

    Cover with the remaining bread, buttered side down.

    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over the bread and chill over-night.

    Prior to baking, top with the cornflakes mixed with butter.

    Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
