    This is a great summer BBQ deck recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound venison steak, cut into thin strips
    6 flour burrito size tortillas
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 avocado, chopped
    3/4 cup BBQ sauce
    non- stick spray

    Marinade for meat:
    2 T. BBQ sauce
    2 T. lime juice
    1 T. olive oil
    2 t. garlic powder

    Recipe



    Prepare marinade in a shallow glass dish or a resealable plastic bag. Add venison; turn to coat with marinade. Refrigerate 3 to 8 hours.

    Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil. Start grill. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Cover and grill meat until medium rare. Add packet of tortillas for a couple of minutes on grill to warm.

    On each tortilla, place meat, cheese, onion, tomato and avocado in the center. Fold one end of tortilla up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Brush each burrito with BBQ sauce. Spray both sides with the non-stick spray.

    Grill burritos, folded sides down, uncovered 4 minutes (4-5
    inches from medium heat), turning once half way through.

    Serves 6
