    I found this recipe "circled" in one of Grandma's cookbooks.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. melted butter
    2 c. flaked coconut
    raspberry jam

    Recipe



    Combine first three ingredients for cookie dought. Work in butter and moisten with 1 egg. Add milk if necessary. Roll on floured board and cut with round cookie cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Beat remaining egg and add sugar, melted butter and coconut. Mix well. Place about 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam on center of each cookie. Using fingertips, arrange additional coconut around jam as a wreath. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Yield: 2 1/2" 3 dozen cookies
