    Mom has made these for Christmas for as long as I can remember.

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. butter
    2 1/4 c. grated coconut
    2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    3/4 t. almond flavoring
    9 finely crumbled graham crackers
    maraschino cherries

    Recipe



    Blend together the first four ingredients. Form into a ball around a well drained cherry. Roll each in graham crackers. Chill.
