    London's Mini M&M Cookies

    London made up this recipes when she was seven years old. I helped adjust some of the measurements, but otherwise she put it together herself. These are best eaten the same day.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c.packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter-flavored canola oil
    2 t. corn syrup
    1/2 t. vanilla extract
    2 t. milk
    1 egg
    1/8 t. salt
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1 c. flour
    1 c. mini M& M's

    Recipe



    In a large bowl cream together the first 7 ingredients. Add the salt, soda and flour. Mix well. Add M&M's. Stir until well combined. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 dozen 2 inch cookies.
