    A Christmas favorite! This recipe requires a special Rosette iron. (found in most major department stores or kitchen speciality shops)

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. flour
    2 T. sugar
    1 t. salt
    1 c. water or milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 T. oil

    Recipe



    Blend dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Strain mixture if necessary. Heat oil to 400 degrees. Dip Rosette iron in hot oil. Tap off excess oil. Dip iron in batter covering 2/3 of iron. immerse in hot oil. Fry until lightly brown. Remove tip side down to drain on a paper towel lined rack. Stir batter ecah time before dipping iron. Makes 36 Rosettes
