    This is a super recipe to use some of those garden vegetables.

    List of Ingredients




    2 T. butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, sliced and stems separated out
    1 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower, sliced
    1/2 t. savory
    1 t. salt
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. fettuccine
    3 c. grated Monterey jack cheese
    1 large tomato

    Recipe



    Prepare fettucine. Saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and broccoli in butter. Add zucchini, pepper, cauliflower and broccoli flowers (tops) to saute mixture. Stir in seasonings and spaghetti sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.

    Drain pasta and rinse in hot water. In a large casserole place fettuccine and spread 1 cup cheese evenly over the top. Cover with vegetables in sauce, then top with remaining 2 cups cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Top with thinly sliced fresh tomato and serve immediately. Make 4 to 6 servings.
