    This recipe is great to make ahead and keep in the freezer. Just thaw and bake when ready to serve.

    List of Ingredients




    1 loaf Ciabatta or French bread loaf (sliced length-wise)
    1/4 c. basil pesto
    8 oz. sliced hard salami
    1/2 c. artichoke hearts, chopped
    1/4 c. banana peppers
    2 T. black olives, sliced
    2 T. green olives, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded Italian blend cheese
    1/2 c. red roasted peppers. julianned

    Recipe



    Spread pesto on both sides of sliced bread loaf. Layer salami, artichokes, peppers, olives, cheese and roasted peppers on one side of loaf. Top with the reamining side of bread loaf. Wrap sandwich in foil. Freeze or bake.
    (Thaw in refrigerator) Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until inside ingredients are hot.
