    Corn Fritters

    List of Ingredients




    1 can cream corn
    1 egg
    1 t. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 t. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour

    Recipe



    In a bowl stir all ingredients with a fork. Dip a teaspoon in oil and spoon out a teaspoonful of batter and drop in hot oil (375º) and fry until golden brown.
