    Meatballs & Spaghetti Sauce

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
    3 6 Oz Cans tomato paste
    9 Cans water
    1 # 2 Can whole tomatoes
    1 Medium onion -- chopped
    4 Cloves garlic cloves -- chopped fine
    1 Teaspoon dried mint flakes
    1 Teaspoon parsley
    1 Teaspoon basil leaves
    1 Teaspoon oregano
    1 Teaspoon rosemary
    3 bay leaves
    1/8 Cup sugar
    1 7 Ounce Can mushroom
    2 Teaspoons hot sauce
    2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper

    MEATBALLS

    1 1/2 Lbs ground sirloin
    1 Medium onion -- chopped fine
    4 Tablespoons bell pepper -- chopped fine
    2 eggs -- beaten
    1 Cup bread crumbs
    3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese
    3 garlic cloves -- pressed
    salt

    Sauce:
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for 3 hours, adding more water if necessary.

    Meatballs:
    Combine ingredients and form into balls. Brown in oven or frying pan. Add to sauce and cook together for another 2 hours. Pour over pasta.
