    Fresh Mozzarella and Beef Steak Tomatoes with Sweet Onions and Basil Vinaigrette

    Ingredients:
    8 1-oz. slices mozzarella
    8 1/2-inch slices beef steak tomatoes
    8 pieces red onion, thinly sliced
    Basil leaves and grilled crusty bread to garnish
    Kosher salt and cracked pepper to taste
    Basil Vinaigrette

    Instructions:
    Alternate the tomatoes, cheese and onions on dinner plate in a shingle pattern. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the vinaigrette over the perimeter of plate. Garnish with basil leaves and grilled crusty bread.
