    Recipe Introduction


    These healthy potatoe wedges make a great low-fat snack.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 large potatoes,scrubbed
    • vegitable oil spray
    • sweet chilli sauce for dipping
    • coriander yogurt dip
    • 1/4 cup/45 g/1 1/2 oz low-fat natural yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
    • freshly ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. cook potatoes in boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and cut into wedges.
    2. Place wedges on baking tray lined with non stick baking paper, spray lightly with oil.
    3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until wedges are crisp and golden.
    4. To make dip, place yogurt, coriander and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine.
    5. Serve wedges with dip and sweet chilli sauce.
