    250g Self Raising Flour
    4 Eggs
    125g Sugar
    125g Cocoa
    250mls Milk
    125g Blanched Almonds
    125mls Olive oil
    Butter for Greasing

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients and stir well.

    Add eggs, Olive oil and milk, then beat with a rotary blender until airy.

    Grease out large baking tin with butter and pore in mixture.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 210 degrees celsius.
