    Roast Pork with Mustard Crust

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 1/4 tea salt
    • 1/4 tea pepper
    • 3-4 Tablesooons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tea dried basil
    • 1-2 Tablespoons softened butter
    • 2 Pork tenderloins abt 1 1/2 lbs each


    Instructions


    1. Mash garlic into salt and pepper. Stir in mustard, basil and butter; beat until smooth.
    2. Spread this over the pork and set aside for 20 min
    3. Roast the pork at 375º for 45-60 min, or until done to taste.
