    Sardine Sandwiches

    This is my version of a recipe from 'Book of Afternoon Tea' by Marika Hanbury Tenison.


    List of Ingredients


    • Tin of Sardines
    • Soft Butter
    • Bread, sliced thin and crusts removed


    Instructions


    1. Drain and mash sardines. Butter the bread and spread with the mashed sardines. Cover with another slice of bread and press down firmly. Cut into 3 finger sandwiches.
