    Sweet and Savory Ham Sandwiches


    List of Ingredients


    • Ham, sliced thin
    • Equal parts Apricot Jam and DiJon Mustard
    • Bread, sliced thin and crusts removed


    Instructions


    1. Mix mustard and jam together and spread on all slices of bread. Put ham on half of the slices of bread and cover the ham with remaining bread. Press firmly and cut into 3 finger sandwiches.


    Final Comments


    For a change of pace you can spread 1/2 of the bread slices with the mustard and the remaining slices with the jam then put the sandwiches together. This way the sweet and savory blend in the mouth not in the mixing bowl.
