    List of Ingredients

    6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, uncooked
1 (10 oz.) Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 oz.) Can 98 % Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
6 Potatoes, peeled and cut in half or quartered (depending on size)
    1/2 Cup Water
    16 oz. Baby Carrots
1 Onion, peeled and sliced into thick rings
    1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
    Pepper to taste
    Salt to taste (optional)

    Recipe

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the carrots, potatoes and onions in the crock pot.
    Place chicken on top,
Whisk the soups and water together, then pour over all of the ingredients in the crock pot.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
Place lid on crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

With a slotted spoon, remove the chicken, potatoes, carrots and onions to a serving dish. Be sure to drain off as much of the soup mixture as possible when doing this. Cover the dish to keep warm.

Add the cornstarch to the soup mixture and whisk until smooth.
Place a lid on the crock pot and continue to cook on low for another 5 minutes.
