    • 4 Oz. of Lite Cream Cheese
    • 4 Oz. of Lite Cool Whip
    • 3 OZ. of crushed pineapple
    • bag of Stella Dora cookies


    Instructions


    1. Beat Cream Cheese & Cool Whip.
      Use a sharp knife and cut Stella Doras in half. Try and avoid breaking the cookie, place a dollup of cool whip mixture between each half.


    Final Comments


    These are wonderful at any time of the year, but the Stella Dora Cookies are easiest to find at Christmas or in large grocery stores. Don't give up looking...find this cookie. This desert not only taste wonderful...they look beautiful for parties.
