    4 Jennie-O Turkey Store Turkey burgers
    4 serving(s) Simply Potatoes - Red Potato Wedges
    1/2 package frozen chopped onions
    1 cup mushroom(s), sliced
    2 cup carrot(s), sliced
    1 cup canned tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    5 second spr PAM Cooking Spray

    Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil, approximately 18 inches a piece. Place frozen turkey burgers in center of each piece of foil. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of worcestershire sauce. Saute potatoes, onions, mushrooms and carrots in Pam until slightly tender. Add salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste. Divide mix evenly on top of the four turkey burgers. Spoon 1/4 cup tomato sauce over the vegetables. Seal each packet by folding up the middle, then the sides, allowing room for expansion. Place all four packets on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and be careful when opening as steam will escape

    4 servings of the potato wedges equals 2 cups. Very hearty and delicious. Very easy to make. I did run this through the Recipe Builder so the points are accurate.
