    List of Ingredients




    2 16 oz cans of Black Beans drained
    1 16 oz can of corn drained
    1 Cup of Red Onion Chopped
    1 Red Pepper Chopped
    1/2 cup of celery chopped
    1 tsp of cumin seed
    2 TBSP of lemon juice
    2 16 oz cans of diced tomatoes (don't drain)
    1/2 of a 16 oz fat free italian dressing

    Recipe



    mix the beans, corn, onion, red pepper, celery, cumin, and lemon juice together well
    Then add tomato and dressing. Refrigerate until serving

    1 cup is 1 pt. Thats alot!!! Can make for a party or just for you to eat off all week long
