    Try this for a different kind of party snack!!!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1(8oz)pkg. cream cheese,softened
    • 1 Tbsp. apple juice
    • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    • 1 tsp . fresh lemon juice
    • 1c. chopped tart apples
    • 1c. chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Combine cream cheese,apple juice and nutmeg in mixer bowl;blend until smooth.
    2. Pour lemon juice over chopped apples and add to the creamed cheese mixture.
    3. Gently fold in 3/4c.of the pecans,then shape into a 6 inch log and roll in the remaining chopped nuts.
    4. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    5. Slice and serve on cracker.
