    Cheeseburger Sandwiches

    1 1/2 LBs ground beef or turkey
    1/2 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
    1 (8oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 T milk
    1 green pepper (I use 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced instead of the pepper)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    8 sandwich buns


    Recipe





    Brown meat w/ garlic pepper seasoning till cooked. Drain
    In 3 1/2-4QT crockpot, combine cooked meat and remaining ingredients, EXCEPT buns.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6 - 7 hours.

    Spoon onto buns
    Serve w/ mustard,catsupand dill pickle slices to be added by diners.
